Refresher Sessions are an opportunity for you to get a general refresher of the Lightning Process, ideal for if you took the LP a number of years ago.   You can work on any new issues that have arisen since your LP training, or to refresh your use of the Process generally if it feels a bit stale.

The sessions will be tailored to the individual needs of the people attending but generally cover the following areas:

• Review the core concepts of the LP
• Enable you to meet and interact with others who have taken the LP and share experiences
• Opportunity to ask questions
• Enhance your use of the Process by being able to practice it whilst being coached by Helen
• Keep you engaged with the LP
• All LP graduates are welcome to join a session.
• The price for a 3-hour group session either online or face to face is £140.
• The price for a 2 hour one to one session either online or face to face is £140
