I didn’t grow up confident. I learned to play small. To stay in the background. To assume leadership was for “other” people.
But I always had ambition.
With over 20 years of experience in behavioural change and personal transformation and as a multi-award-winning practitioner, my work today is grounded in both lived experience and professional depth.
But it wasn’t always this way.
When I was made redundant it was an identity shock it forced me to confront something deeper, I realised it wasn’t my capability holding me back. It was the internal programming I’d been running for years.
The brain doesn’t question the stories it rehearses. It reinforces them.
I began studying how belief, identity, and behaviour are wired and more importantly, how they can be rewired. I applied the work to myself first. I upgraded the identity driving my decisions and everything changed.
Over the past two decades, I’ve helped ambitious individuals break long-standing subconscious patterns, elevate how they lead, and step into roles that truly reflect their value.
