Helen James Wins National Award for Outstanding Customer Service
I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been recognised with a National Award for Outstanding Customer Service in Health Coaching, celebrating excellence and care within the health, wellness, and mind-body field.
This award means so much to me because it reflects what I value most my clients. Every person I work with through The Lightning Process® is on a unique journey of change, courage, and transformation. To be recognised for the way I support that process is incredibly special.
Twenty plus years ago, I was told I’d never recover from post-viral fatigue and erythema multiforme. Learning how to change my mind-body responses completely transformed my life and now, as a Lightning Process practitioner, I’m honoured to help others make similar recoveries from chronic fatigue, ME/CFS, long COVID, and other health challenges.
The judges praised my commitment to creating a compassionate, empowering experience that helps people rebuild health, confidence, and energy. This recognition reminds me why I love this work: seeing clients move from fear and limitation to possibility, freedom, and renewed vitality.
