This totally depends on the individual - Helen has worked successfully with clients from 8 to 80. Children have to be mature enough and happy to interact with Helen.

It is much more than just positive thinking it combines concepts from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Life Coaching and principles from Osteopathy.
No. The LP considers the important interaction between the brain and body and how we can influence what is happening. This allows you to promote good physiology such as energy, comfort, wellbeing and calm.
No. The LP is a unique training designed by Dr Phil Parker independently of any other approach. There will be elements you have heard of and some cross overs but it is very different to CBT.
No. Currently the LP has not been adopted as a standard intervention by the NHS similar to that of Osteopathy or Herbal Medicine. There has been interest from the medical profession and researchers.
